No one never heard of him at the courts in Miami. He runs ads on craigslist and uses his fax number in his ads as a telephone number. When checking his credentials as a lawyer, his name doesn't show up only his website. He took my money and didn't show up in court. I call him to return my money and his assistant keep giving me the run-around. He is definitely running a scam! BEWARE!!! more

This law firm charged me much less than more than one competing firm I got a quote from when all was said and done. I would suggest others go get 2nd opinions as to prices and they will see this firm's prices are much cheaper than others. I understand this is a business I am hiring and they have to make money to survive like anyone else. \r \r Communication is no different than at any other firm. They give as many updates and they can and answered my questions every time I called in.\r \r Very happy with my trial results and recovery. more

Michael Stewart Esq. did a fantastic job in helping me save my home when I was going into foreclosure. Past economic challenges led me to fall behind on my mortgage and Michael Stewart Esq. filed court papers to delay a foreclosure. This law firm helped my family and I save our home and modify our loan. We received a large principal reduction through their efforts that helped us afford to keep the home we have lived in for 10 years. \r \r I would highly recommend them to anyone having trouble with foreclosure or affording their mortgage. more

Foreclusure Defense 1/18/2012

Hmm.. I was a client of them for foreclusure defense and I must say I love their willingness to help, how they were always able to come to the phone or write a response to my emails. My property was on the edge of being sold and Mr. Stewart and his staff prevented all that from happening. yes, the process took a little long bit it was well worth it. I just recomended a family friend and for what I hear she loves them too. I guess every case and client is different.. Best of luck. more

In fear of further retaliation, I removed my last comment. After he tracked this user name down and sent me an email demanding me to remove my comment. It was my opinion though. FEAR this guy. In my opinion he mislead me and made my situation much worse. I would not recommend this guy to anyone, that’s way I took the extra time to sign up to citysearch and try to warn others and not them experience what I had to.
