Beware of Dan Guenther and his tactics. -It's also no accident that he does family law and bankruptcy. Because after he bills you, you will have to file bankruptcy! Right, Chris?? more

Arrogant and rude 4/26/2011

Dan is arrogant and downright rude. He is impersonal and doesn't take the time to actually listen. At the board of trustees meeting in Greenbelt, MD he managed to lose my paperwork and then blamed it on me saying I never gave it to him. more

Best Lawyer I've ever had 12/18/2010

Dan is the most ethical lawyer I've ever had and I've had a few in my 70 years. He is a straight forward, get to the point kind of guy who pulls no punches. He is thorough, analytical, and concise. He is quick to return calls (most lawyers aren't). He dosen't lead you on with false hopes. He puts his heart into each and every case. I won't hesitate have him represent me again on anything. Bottom line : he did an outstanding job with my domestic issue. He is definitely "Lawyer Extradinaire!" more

Mr. Guenther is a skilled attorney who's ethics are beyond reproach. In my dealings with him, I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, and concerned with his clients welfare. I would highly recommend him. more

Awesome attorney, Great friend. 12/7/2010

I spent a few days shopping for a divorce attorney before finally choosing Mr. Guenther. He was by far the most professional and straightforward attorney I interviewed. That was over a year ago. I can honestly say that Dan has never failed me or my case. He has called me after hours just to see how I was doing, and even took the extra effort to play with and get to know my children. He has amazed me at his genuine concern over families and knowledge of the law. Un fortunately I had to declare bankruptcy after all the litigations, but I was also very fortunate that Dan's expertise took excellent care of me in that dept as well. I'm sure I made the right choice and in the end I gained a friend. Thank you Mr. Guenther!! more

Not An Awesome Man!! 9/10/2010

Dan Guenther is the most dishonest man I have ever met. Ever. In my opinion, he has no ethics. None. Ask around town about him and see what reaction you get, its quite funny. The REAL attorneys in St Mary's have NO respect for him. There are such better attorneys to choose from. Do yourself a favor! more

Excellent Attorney!!!!!!!! 8/3/2010

A short quick and to the point attorney who always gets the job done. He has represented me sucessfully in a divorce, child custody, bankruptcy and now a criminal case. My ex wife has been very persistant and stopped at nothing to discredit me, and Mr. Guenther protected me, advised me and morally guided me through all aspects of the ordeals. I highly recommend him for most any legal problems you may have in the southern maryland area. Semper Fi Dan!! more
