He is wonderful criminal justice attorney 7/29/2010

P.J. O'Brien is very knowledgeable and very professional. He has just represented me in a case lasting a year and a half, and he made sure I got a fair trial with a fair jury. He kept me well informed about what would be happening in the court room and always had a well thought out defense for any route of attack the D.A. would be planning on. My trial took 2 and a half days and after the jury deliberated for approximately 23 minutes they came back with a "Not guilty" verdict. I would recommend P.J. O'Brien to anyone I know, but I sure hope I don't need him again. : ) He is wonderful criminal justice attorney more

I was arrested for DUI 7/29/2010

I was arrested for DUI after stopping at the scene of an accident to render aid. When the police arrived, I was arrested. Mr. P.J. O'Brien got all of the charges dismissed and the DMV suspension set aside. more

I got a DUI with an additional charge of evading arrest 7/29/2010

I got a DUI with an additional charge of evading arrest while going more than 100 miles per hour on my motorcycle. Mr. P.J. O'Brien did a great job for me. He got everything dismissed except the exhibition of speed charge. I will recommend him to all my friends needing DUI attorney more

I was arrested for DUI while sleeping in my car because I had too much to drink and didn’t think I should drive. I thought it was the right thing to do, but I still got arrested. Law Office of P.J. O'Brien not only won the DMV hearing but he got all the charges dismissed in court. I was under 21 when this happened. P.J. O'Brien did the impossible. Thank you P.J. He is wonderful DUI attorney ! 7/29/2010

I was arrested for DUI prescription drugs. I took mistakenly took sleeping instead of antibiotics for my ear infection. I left for the airport and when I woke up, I was in the hospital. There was a police officer in my room who explained that I was being charged with DUI. Mr. P.J. O'Brien was able to get all the charges dismissed at the arraignment. I never even had to go to court. He is wonderful DUI attorney ! more
