Attorney Carol L. Schmidt spent over 20 years in the real estate industry before earning her JD from Seattle Univeristy School of law in 1994. She opened her first law office in Woodinville, and since then has been counseling and representing clients on a wide variety of real estate and property related issues. Ms. Schmidt's background in the real estate industry includes finance, appraisal, property management, sales force administration, regional franchise management, escrow auditing, and forestry stewardship.
