My experience with the Law Offices of Michael A Richmond was really good. I think the first important thing was that Michael Richmond took a lot of time with our initial talk, explaining things to me about steps he was going to take and he was upfront about having realistic expectations. He told me exactly what he was going to do and he called and emailed me constantly with regular updates, without being a pest. Secondarily, I interviewed with a lot of different lawyers, and the prices ranged all over the place. I picked him because he is focused in a particular market, and he knows that market really well, plus he presents more than just himself and includes extended services which none of the others offered. Everyone in the office is wonderful and did their job and contributed to my case. They work as a team and never let the ball drop.
