Terrible customer service. What I thought was going to be a great experience turned out to be more stress than it was worth. Excellent Facial***** and customer service experience at Lavender Skincare Place. I love facials and enjoy trying different types of skin care treatments from different spas in our area. I Googled this time, I did not know exactly what to expect. Lavender Skincare was one of the top options. I went with it, because the mere thought of lavender, made me feel relaxed. GREAT choice. First coming into the place, the ambiance is refreshingly warm, airy, and light. The surroundings are very clean, organized, and modern. The staff is attentive and shows a sense of authentic happiness to be of service, so I felt right at home. I chose the Anti-aging facial w/microdermabrasion and a hyperpigmentation treatment. Alessandra was very attentive and caring during the entire facial, she constantly made sure I was comfortable & kept me informed of the benefits and features, as she administered the treatment. Her passion and expansive level of knowledge of skin care and different treatments were impressive. She was terrific; you could tell she actually loves what she does. Being an avid spa-goer, with facials always being at the top of my list (for the last 18years), I know facials, and this was great par none. My skin looked and felt amazing afterwards and still looks great, a month later. I would highly recommend Lavender the Skincare Place to anyone desiring 5star service.The best skincare ever.
