Our move could not have gone more smoothly or efficiently. The movers were very professional and used upmost care with items when packing and unpacking. The movers were also more than willing to help assemble or rearrange furniture when needed. We would most certainly use New Latitude Movers again and recommend them to anyone we know moving. more

The gentlemen that came to move us were wonderful. We had a littler terrain hitch, and they handled it perfectly showing that even in a pinch, these guys have it together. I recommend these movers! more

We moved from Alabama to Oklahoma recently and used New Latitude. They had, by far, the best price of any other mover we checked out. Staff was always friendly. Movers were very good, nice guys. They seemed to work very hard and did a good job. Nothing was broken, few bent lamp shades but no significant damage. I would recommend based on our experience. more

NL packed and moved us for an intrastate move. They did a great job, were courteous and competent. I also like that a portion of their proceeds goes to Lifeline Christian Services, an adoption agency based in their home state of Alabama! more

New latitude is the absolute best moving company I have used. I have moved three times in the past three years and their service far exceeds any competitor. Before we moved they delivered boxes personally to my house. They informed me that I would not be charged for any unused boxes. No other company has ever offered that to me. The two young men that arrived to make the move were on time and ready to work. They were practically running to and from the truck to unload my things. They were extremely careful with my valuables and completely professional. I highly recommend using their services! more

David and Charlie arrived 5 minutes prior to the expected arrival time, and went right to work. They were very courteous and professional, and handled our things with great care. I appreciated their efficiency, and willingness to put items wherever I wanted, and even moving things around, such as when a box spring would not fit in the stairwell. Thank you again for making our move so easy! I will definitely use you guys next time, and will recommend New Latitude to anyone. more

Great service 7/12/2011

When we were left without a moving company a day before we were supposed to be out of our house, I didn't know what I was going to do. I called several companies, and 3 told me they could get me out. I went with New Latitude, and it was the best decision I could have made. They came out the very next day after I called them, were extremely courteous, and had us out of our house in 5 hours. They stored our goods for us and even changed our delivery date when we weren't able to get into our house when originally expected. This company went above and beyond what we expected from a moving company, and I will be pleased to use them again! more

Considering the fact that the first truck to arirve got stuck on the road attempting to get up the driveway, and it caused a three hour delay, the experience was pretty good. Nothing was broken,... 7/12/2011

Please see above RESPONSE FROM New Latitude Movers: Donna is correct. Her move was delayed as a result of us not being able to get up her steep driveway. We made arrangements with a different truck and were able to finish her move. We did not charge Donna for any of the down time while the truck was stuck. more

Scratched up furniture and house 7/11/2011

The guys unloaded my apartment perfectly, but when it came to moving my stuff into the new house they had more difficulty. The path to the house was easy enough, but they forced my couch and kitchen table through, tearing up a good foot of my table and another 3 feet of the molding surrounding a kitchen doorway more

We were extremely happy with our move from storage to our office facility. The personnel that were assigned to our move were very professional, extremely knowledgable in moving and protecting our property. They were very helpful in getting us moved in the most timely and safe manner while making sure they knew what our expectations were and keeping everthing as orderly as possible. GREAT JOB GUYS! more
