Fast accurate diagnosis and immediate repair 6/29/2015

Lasater auto is one of the premier service providers in St. Louis not only St. Charles. I have never taken an auto there without it being quickly repaired and accurately serviced. Steve and Kelley r to only notch service providers but great to deal with at all times. I believe they have the best auto techs in Missouri. Keep up the great work. Recommend to family, friends and others needing auto work. more

My cars never go anywhere else. Kelly and Steve always make sure my cars are safe and don't try to sell me things I don't need. Wouldn't go anywhere else - even though I live forty minutes away more

EFFICIENT 6/23/2015

Needed a new serpentine belt. Didn't have an appointment on a busy Monday morning. But, Steve got my car in and out and I was at work before 11 a.m. Referred my new boss to Lasater's as she wasn't familiar with this automotive business convenient to her home. more

Friendly and fast service 6/12/2015

Wish the price was a little lower but having someone with the knowledge to fix my car is worth the expense because I can't do it and hopefully you keep paying the people to keep working on the vehicles that are being put on the road. more

Friendly, good service at a fair price 6/12/2015

The blinker switch broke while they were repairing the steering. They repaired it, but it quit working so they put in a new switch no charge. They said they broke it while doing the other repair so no charge. Good honest service. more
