unprofessional and rude 1/30/2009

Scheduled a visit, waited for almost 2 hours. When I asked ""why the wait?"" was given ""we are running a little late"" answer. 5 minutes is a little late! maybe 10 minutes! not 2 hours!!! Pros: easy to find location Cons: long wait, staff is rude, inept, overpriced more
