I appreciated the honesty with my family. 3/12/2012

Finding a law firm that reflects the standards that I value can be a challenge. Larson Law met my standards and surprisingly, exceeded my expectations. The qualities that I look for in an attorney are: 1. Accessibility. When I need to speak with Bryan Larson or Adam Larson, I am able to do very quickly. They make themselves available to their clients and return messages if needed. 2. Honesty. Larson Law is honest with me even when the news is not what I want to hear. My time is valuable and I appreciate that Larson Law does not lead me on. 3. My case is important. Larson Law undoubtedly has more than a hundred cases; however, Larson Law made me feel that my case was important. The legal assistants always remembered the status of my case and were able to quickly update me. Larson Law understands and appreciates their clients and is able to offer excellent legal representation. more

The Client Comes FIRST at Larson Law 3/12/2012

I am a very satisfied client who refers all of my friends and acquaintances in need of legal representation to Larson Law. Larson Law puts their clients first. I was involved in an automobile accident 17 months ago. A man on a cell phone ran the stop sign and broad sided my vehicle. I was in between health insurance coverage companies and found myself unable to pay the medical bills that were mounting daily. My chiropractor referred me to Larson Law to get my bills paid. It is not my fault that the distracted driver plowed into my car. I was able to meet with Bryan and Adam Larson the same day that I called Larson Law. They explained to me that my number one priority is to get better from my injuries. I was able to send my bills to the office and move on with life. Larson Law arranged for me to see doctors that would work on a lien. Larson Law contacted all of the creditors and informed them that I was being represented and that their bills would be paid. I went to my appointments and did everything the doctors recommended. I healed and two months later my bills were paid and I was able to get some money for pain and suffering. My expenses went up while I was injured and exceeded the tight budget I am on. Thanks to Larson Law, I was able to give them my problems and move on with my life. I could not be happier with the service I received. more

THE OTHER SIDE OF THE STORY 2/1/2012

I'd like to respond to Highland Girl's comments. She was called about her outstanding balances. I asked her if it sounded right that the physical therapist had a zero balance. She told me that it didn't sound right, so I called the physical therapist's billing person again and asked her to check for another account. She did, and we were able to get the correct balance owed. Karen had told me that she wasn't treating with the chiropractor. I called the chiropractor's office anyway and left several messages; none of which were returned. Because Karen had told me she was no longer getting chiropractic care and because the chiropractor's office never returned our calls, we went with the figures we had. When it was discovered that the chiropractor did indeed have an outstanding balance because Highland Girl had been treating with him for several months, I called the chiropractor and spoke with him personally. He apologized for not returning our calls. He explained that she had been treating with him for years. He agreed to bill her health insurance company and told us that the care she had been receiving was maintenance type care and not really directly related to her auto accident. Much of the problem was caused by Highland Girl's misrepresentation to us. more

DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM 10/14/2011

PLEASE READ and learn from my costly mistake and DO NOT use this law firm. I was in accident and had medical bills. When it was time to settle Larson Law informed me of the balance of the outstanding bills. They told me that there was a 0 balance on physical therapy. I knew this wasn't the case and told them to check again and check with my chiropractor. I received a return call that they had the correct amount and that it was the fault of physical therapist's office the first time they called. I again asked if the was the current balance on everything. They assured me that it was. I settled and then found out that they never called the chiropractor's office and that I owed $4000,00. Larson Law told me that it was the chiropractor's fault and that they had called and spoke to someone in the office (they hadn't). I asked who they had spoken with and they said that they couldn't read the note and that it started with a ""M"". There is no one in the office with a name that starts with a ""M"". When I pointed this out I was then told that it was my responsibility to make sure that there were no outstanding bills before I settled! DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM more
