Hurt my back carrying my elk out and was in serious need of a chiropractor, called my Mom and she told me to go see Dr. Larry. Mom has been a patient for years and said she won't trust anyone else. Went in, got adjusted, best adjustment I ever had!!!!!!!! Was rather shocked at how affordable it was also. Super nice and clean office. I know one thing for sure is that I won't be going back to my old useless Chiro. more

By far the best Chiro. I've seen, have been a patient for the last 6 years or so. Oh and I've tried others when Doc Larry was out of town etc. Love the newly remodeled massage rooms in the clinic guys, great colors and ambiance, saw my regular massage gal Sandy Vigil for the first time in one of the new rooms and was shocked at how nice the rooms were. Sandy's room has a big fireplace on the wall, very cool looking and very soothing. See you all tomorrow, that is if we don't get that darn freezing rain that may come our way tonight or tomorrow. more

I work at Insitu and was referred here by a couple of co-workers who said he was very good and has a nice office in Stevenson. Tried a few Chiro's in the Hood River area but just really never felt like I got adjusted very well, too gentle, too weak, or seemed like they were just not really good at it. Loved that I could just walk in without an appt., major kudos for that!! The adjustment was by far the best I've had from any chiropractor, and for me that's the whole point of going to one. Dr. Larry also made my insurance work for me so I didn't have to pay a dime, sweeeeeet!!!!!!!!! Going to be seeing the wife and me a lot this coming year Doc. Happy New year from Nate. more

Got referred to Dr. Larry from everyone I work with at the Courthouse, glad I finally got around to going. I didn't have a good attitude going in as I've had, shall we say unpleasant experiences with chiropractors in general. It seems they want to sell you a diet, supplement, nutritional program, you need chiropractic 3x a week for the rest of your life program, you get the hint. I've also had the ones who adjust you with the clicker or some other space age technique that does nothing but line their pocket book. Here is what I liked on my visit, no BS pitch, no appointment needed, never tried to sell me on anything, answered all my questions and explained them in a very common sense way, even though I didn't care for the answers, adjusted me very thoroughly, I'm kinda of a bigger girl so his firmness and strength with manipulating me was more than welcomed but long overdue. He explained to me that he was not there to cure me but to manage my condition as I needed help with it and to come back as I felt the need to, not when he wanted me to. My husband and his brothers family now go to him and couldn't be happier. My sister just started seeing Dr. Larry after she was involved in a car accident and loves seeing him and the massage therapists he has working in his office that he referred her to. The crew at the courthouse laughed at me after my first visit as I walked in smiling and feeling so much better, all I heard from them was ""we told you to go see him long time ago"". Guess I know now why so many people I know go see him. more

Was visiting Skamania Lodge in Stevenson, WA for a conference and was in serious need of a chiropractor. Decided to play some golf and tweaked my back, got up the next day and could hardly move. I was pretty panicked as this was my second day here and was supposed to golf 3 or 4 more times. I called the pro shop and told them what happened and that I couldn't make my tee time, the head pro there told me about the Chiropractor in town and that he was excellent and that he himself had times where he couldn't hardly walk and needed to be fixed quickly before golf tournaments. He also said that almost everyone he knows goes to him. I read the reviews online and figured I had nothing to lose. I was pretty skeptical at any real quick relief and have been a long time chiropractic patient. All I can say is that it was by far the best adjustment and experience I've had. I was shocked at how much better I was adjusted than my current chiropractor, how much quicker the relief was and how simple the overall visit was. I actually felt so good that day he told me to go hit the links that evening, which I did, and I felt great. Much cheaper than my other Chiropractor also. I also made a point to thank the head pro at the golf course for the referral. The bad, I live in LA so now I'm going to be shopping for a new Chiro. when I get home that can adjust me in a way closer to this, thankfully he did give me some tips on what to look for and ask for when trying to find someone who adjusts more along his lines. This experience has also greatly opened my eyes to living and being in a big city does not mean that bigger is better. Thanks again, I will pop back in when I'm back in the area without a doubt. Smart, Funny, and can adjust me better than any other Chiropractor I've ever been to. My husband, son, daughter, sister, father, mother etc. all go to him. Should have written this long time ago, thank you for everything Dr. Larry. I know you did not charge many people for seeing you as they were financially burdened. He is the that old country Doc that everyone wishes still exists, well some are still out there. This is one of them. more

We are translplants from California and have been very lucky to have found Dr. Larry in Stevenson. My wife and I both agree that he is by far the best chiropractor we have ever had, and we have had several over the years. He also has a very nice office in Vancouver that we stop by on occasion when we are in that area of town. Very straight forward, no-nonsense approach that suits us very well. Pros: Excellent knowledge and manipulation skills more

I've been to chiropractor's all over, been to several in Portland, Hoodriver, etc., few can adjust very well, even fewer can adjust difficult people at all. Most of them want to use that stupid clicker thing pretending like it's doing something, he does not use that thing. more
