UNETHICAL/AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE 12/8/2011

If I had the ability to give no stars, I undoubtedly would. I'm absolutely disgusted at the way my lease deal was treated. Tony Prevo may be a decent salesperson, however the entire company needs to be seriously reorganized. From lack of communication to threatening phone calls, they displayed the WORST customer service I've ever dealt with. They are deceptive, incredibly pushy, and are absolutely NOT geared towards honest and helpful customer service. Justin Lombardi should be ASHAMED at the way his business is being run - on the contrary, he did NOTHING to solve my lease issue - instead he passed it on to Breck Higgins who more than likely has no college education and an awful business sense, therefore he maintains NO clue as to how to conduct ethical business. If you're looking to drive off the lot in a car, this is your place. If you're looking to give the car back as a result of THEIR internal lack of communication and follow through, this is also your dealership. I will NEVER do business with ANY Larry H. Miller dealership ever again and I will make sure that many others hear this as well. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. more

A positive experience 6/26/2011

My wife and I had a great experience purchasing a used vehicle from this dealer. The salesman (Josh) was friendly, honest, and low pressure. We got the kind of car we were looking for a price we felt was fair. Since the car we were interested in was used with high miles, we had a mechanic inspect it and they gave it a clean bill of health which helped seal our experience with this dealership as a positive one. more

Great sales people and great service department! 3/14/2011

In January 2009, I bought an 2008 KIA Sportage and loved it! I loved the sales person that helped me, Noah. I was very impressed, that in August of 2009, my wife and I bought also a 2010 KIA Forte SX. Not only is it a great vehicle, but still gave us great trade in vaule for a 1998 Ford Taurus that broke down apparently after we signed the papers. I kept seeing ads for the new Sportage and how different it looked. I went to Grand KIA only 5 minutes away (horrible idea) and they were very rude and said, there would be no way to make a deal on the new Sportage. I went to Larry H Miller 25 minutes away and they said the Sportage is nice, but will get a way better deal with the Sorento. My wife and I worked with Walter, Noah, and JP who made our test drive experience and sales experience very comfortable with no pressure like most dealers. Got a low interest rate and ended with the same payment as my 2008 Sportage. Purchased March 1, 2011. Just today March 14, found the little window had shattered due to a factory flaw and with no questions asked, the service department was on the phone with KIA saying they will pay for the new one and within minutes Seth in Sales helped to get a loaner vehicle to us. Usually most dealers they sell you a car and the feeling you get when you come back is "what do want?!" With Larry H Miller, you feel welcome each and every time without even buying a car. I am also sure that Larry H Miller VW is the same great service! more

Out of all the car deals I have ever done, this was the best. Best Volkswagen Dealer in Denver!! 8/11/2008

I had done a lot of research on my new Jetta before going out to a dealership, and probably the best and most informative website was as well as their other website for Volkswagen (unfortunately I am not allowed to mention their website here, citysearch won't let me, you will have to find their website on your own). Anyway, I had read all of the reviews which seems somewhat mixed at this time, and decided that I would just go and check them out for myself. I had talked with a salesperson before going down to the dealership about a specific model, I had asked him price, etc. When I got in to see Chris, he had the car waiting for me. We hopped in and took a test drive right away. He did not ask me to fill out unnecessary paperwork, etc to see if I qualified for the vehicle. He told me that he wanted to make certain I like the vehicle first. I fell in love with the car, but I told him that I wanted to make certain that I was getting the best deal. I went out and searched Craigslist, autotrader, etc. Although this was not absolutely the lowest priced Jetta, it was $50.00 more than the cheapest I had found which was out of state. I went back to Chris and I told him that I was ready to buy the vehicle. Unfortunately he had sold the car to another couple while I was shopping, but instead of just letting it go, he got on the phone right away and found the same Jetta at another dealerhip for me. He told me that he could have it ready for me in about an hour if I wanted to come back. I came back in an hour and the vehicle was there waiting for me. After we completed the nogotiation process and went close on the financing, everything came back just the way Chris told me that it would. Everything went extremely well, I would recommend anyone go to this dealership if they are looking at buying a new or used Volkswagen. Great KIA selection 8/4/2008

My experience with Osborn Autmotive was very pleasant. I have not bought a car with them yet but feel I will this fall. I didn't buy because the salesman actually talked me out of purchasing right now, I was shocked! I like their huge selection of new KIA's. I was hoping to get a year or two old KIA but they didn't have very many... I was told they would have more this fall. Pros: great selection of new cars Cons: not many used KIA's more

Best experience ever 2/2/2008

I would highly recommend this dealership to those looking for a Volkswagen (or Kia). I have purchased many cars and have visited many dealerships over the years, and this one, BY FAR, is superior to the others. I received excellent customer service from the receptionist, to my salesman, Tom Galvin, and the sales manager. Tom listened to what I was looking for and showed my appropriate cars. After we negotiated price, there were no surprises in the finance office, like there are at some dealerships. I was treated very well and would definitely go back. more

Incompetent, Abusive Customer Service 12/26/2006

A week after scheduling an oil change, still no word from Osborn VW garage. I called Osborn to get information - could only get voicemail at VW garage, so I contacted the switchboard operator, who was very unpleasant and unaccommodating (keep in mind, I was just trying to determine the STATUS of my vehicle (versus asking why it took a week for an oil change, which was certainly within my right). I drove over to Osborn, received more nasty treatment from the front desk. Found out that the garage lost my maintenance appointment and hadn't done a thing to my vehicle. Osborn said they called my phone but I had never received any calls or messages from them. They then indirectly accused me of lying to them. I said I would take my vehicle with me, at which point they couldn't find the keys to my car (waited 10 minutes while they located keys). Onn the way to another garage, I determined that the windshield wipers no longer worked - they worked fine when I brought the vehicle to Osborn. In summary, my experience with Osborn Automotive customer service was so bad that we removed our vehicle from their lot before they had a chance to work on it. Their costomer service reps were surly and clueless on phone and in person. I would never trust these people with anything - a purchase, a repair, or anything else.
