Been a Ford family for 30 years...great trucks, even bought a few from Landmark...always treated pretty fairly in sales....SERVICE IS ANOTHER STORY!!! LOUSY, CONDESCENDING, DISHO...

I brought my Freestyle in for a lube and oil and to find out why the drivers seat heater won't work. Got the lube and oil taken care of but was told it would be between $100-$400 to fix the seat. I passed. Service was very fast and I even got a free car wash. I would come again, but I live in Oregon City and its not very convenient to come all the way to Landmark. BUT I absolutely love my Freestyle. It was kind of an impulse buy (which I never make) and I have been SOOO happy with it. My first Ford. Will see if it lasts as long as my last two cars. Had a Corrola for 177,000 miles (orginal tranny) and my Accord for 150,000. Time will tell, so far so good. more

Excellent except for one protocol that I would wish you service department would change, and that is to not leave the head light switch in the off position, but to put it back in the auto position. more
