Great Service Time and Time Again 3/1/2011

I buy all my cars from Norman Chrysler and want to let everyone know I cameto their service department today with a break issue on my 2009 Dodge Journey, I've done business with this dealer for over 6 years and if I've ever had and issue they will always sit down listen to me and work with me to get the issue fixed, they are great people that care about their customers and their quality work. Change is a Great thing!!! 1/19/2011

All I can say is WOW what a change, I went to Norman Dodge a few years ago and we didn't buy because of how the place was seemed to be ran. Well let me tell you we just bought a 2011 Jeep Wrangler from them and have never been so happy. The changes they have made have really made a differance thier, they where so nice, treated us great and we got a great deal better then anywhere else we looked in Oklahoma City. All I can say is please Norman don't change a thing and we will be back for sure. more

In 08 I bought a new Dodge 1/2 ton pickup To run in my business I pick Dodge cause of the life time power train warranty. Cause I put 50 to 60,000 miles a year on the truck .I don't haul or pull any thing just drive a lot of miles.So I also wanted the life time extended warranty that Chrysler sold.I made it very clear that it had to cover everything no matter how many miles I drove and that it would be used i my business. The salesman told me that this warranty was the very best and do not tag my truck commericial. I thought the warranty was a Chrysler but NO it is called MAPS cost $2500.00 . Frist time I try to use in 2010 on a $1100.00 repair the warranty no good MY TRUCK IS A BUSINESS TRUCK!!! .Call and talk to Doug Travis( TOP DOG) for 3 weeks got notting but the run around .So cancell the warranty myself .If you have a problem call CHRYSLER AND FILE A COMPLAINT .CHRYSLER WILL DROP THEIR DEALERSHIP IF THEY GET TO MANY COMPLAINTS!!! I purchased a 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 from Norman Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge. I was offered coffee as soon as I arrived. There were multiple members of the staff that made sure I was being helped, a true team effort. The purchase process was quick. I knew what I wanted, I allowed them to show me a 2011 and explain the differences, but ultimately stuck with my original choice of a 2010 Crew Cab. The manager(s) I spoke with were sincere and spoke with me before and after the sale was completed. I could not be happier with my new truck. Thank you Norman Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge. You have truly EARNED my business both now and in the future!! more

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! 12/21/2010

When I arrived I was impressed with the service and found the truck I wanted to buy and my sales person filled out our credit info. Then came a new guy that said he was helping my salesperson because he had another customer coming in. The advertised price of the truck was 18,950 and then he told me that was after I put 25% down so the actual price was 23600. I told him I couldn't pay this much. He asked if I could pay 21000 and threw in some oil changes and floor mats and other stuff I agreed but as he was back ""talking to his manager"" I decided I wasn't going to buy it for that price either and when he got back saying we could go for it I told him no and got up to walk out. Now all of a sudden he can go ahead and sell it for $18950 and it was a computer error and didn't say with 25% down. Oh and by the way my original sales person all of a sudden didn't have anybody to help and was helping me again.....DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

I had the best service ever at Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge, we came into their dealership in need of a new car. I am a single mom of 2 young childern, they helped me find a great used car a 2007 Ford Explorer. It's not the sale that impreesed me as much as the service, not only did they treat me and my family GREAT at the time but when I had a small issue with the car just a flat tire they sent someone out to my job and fixed it for me for free, Thankyou Guys!!!! more

Let me start by saying I've never bought a car on my own in my life. The sales people and managers their are great, they helped me throught the entire process, helped me find a vehcile that met all my needs, and worked with the finance companies to get me a payment I can afford. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a used car. And a special thanks to Mike Krik for all his hard work. more

Untruthful Disclosured 9/15/2010

Do not buy a used car they do not disclose things they should nor do they check to see if a car should be pulled off the market for being dangerous. Then if and when you happen to buy a car this way they will not help you by getting you into a safer more reliable car even going stright across for what you paid all they tell you is that its your car you bought it and then question you about test driving it, about never having a mechanic look at it to see if there was any thing wrong, or claiming any reasonable responsibility for selling you a dangerous car. more

I have been looking for a new car for over a month now, with no luck until I saw an ad online for a 2010 Chrysler 300, this has always been my dream car but did not know if I could afford it. We went to Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge and not only were me and my family amazed at the selection and prices of their new cars, but never have we been treated so well!!!! Worst Experience in My Car Buying History 8/3/2010

Who are these people and do they not understand the value of word of mouth advertising, or is making a sale at any cost that important? I was told they submitted someone with a better credit score than me (so I'd leave the dealership thinking I got a good rate?) to the bank, and that was a big turn off when I found that out. Very bad lack of communication, my deal with the bank went sour, they supposedly sold my trade in, yet haven't, 38 days later, paid it off to my bank. They dragged their heels, were not upfront or honest in my opinion. A simple problem that could have been taken care of weeks ago has left me feeling mistrustful and unwilling to ever do business with them or even a Dodge dealership again. Their GM has no social skills whatsoever. I have been talked over, told what I think doesn't matter, because they did nothing wrong, yelled at and told I was dense. This is what a supposed professional thinks of customers, that he can bully them around and he'll get the results he wants? I have had a teeshirt made up saying ask me about my terrible customer service experience with them, I plan on wearing my tee everywhere I go. I have also made a complaint with the BBB and would encourage anyone with a complaint to do the same. If you had a good experience with them, well yay! for you. IMO, dealing with them was and remains a big stupid waste of time, attention and energy. Still waiting to get my trade in back or have it paid off, and have them take their vehicle back. more

Women Beware!!! - check their online offers! 7/19/2010

Went in to look at a specific vehicle for our daughter. Prior to driving the car, we were told it was in the range we were wanting to spend and if not, they could get it there. When it came to the final paperwork -They priced the car 8,000 over their ""make an offer"" price online - So, we went to another vehicle which the salesman recommended and promised it would be a little below what we were offering with our trade-in. He (Sunny) suggested the next car - and stated that as his father is a ""Co-Owner"" in the dealership - he could ""make it happen"" After working up the papers on this car, Jeep Compas, he came back to us and said that they made a mistake and the car was actually $21,000 - and they were losing money but would make a deal... still $3000 above what he originally said. Online the same car was listed at $15995 and customers were encouraged to ""make an offer""...I found this information online 15 minutes after leaving the dealership - as I was showing the cars to my husband. Upon relaying this information to the dealership and salesman, I was told that ""Sunny the salesman"" did not know the prices and he would immediately inform his father of the problem...I then contacted the manager and he in turn told me that I couldn't blame them for wanting to make the most on a car - even at the expense a customer. No apologies were given for the dishonesty or misinformation - The manager Sean claimed that what they did would compare to purchasing an item at ""Wal-Mart"" for $200 and then being upset that it went on sale a week later. Really, that's the best you can do Sean? Apples & Oranges..A sale is different than Blatant lies and misleading salesman! Very Poor Way to do business! Nothing but lies 4/26/2010

My husband & I received a letter to come down to the dealer ship with this code, So we made an appointment & went. Little did I know this was only the beginning. When we got their we found out the letter was no good. We told the sales person we didn't want to mess around & waist anyones time so he checked to see if we could get approved & said we could so he took us out to show what we could get into. We found an 06 trail blazer went in did all the talking & filled out the papers this includes the contract. They then told us congrats on the new car & we said thats it its done & final & they said yes. Well let me tell u we got a call 10 days later for them to tell us the bank would not finance us & we had 24 hrs to get the car back or they would have to call the cops. My husband & I were like what we went up to talk to them only to get the run around. I have never been so embarrassed in my life or treated so bad. You would expect this from a bye here pay here but not a dealer ship. If you know anyone looking for a car please tell them not to go here I would hate for this to happen to anyone else I felt so used. more

Worst car buying experience ever! 4/2/2010

My worst sales experience ever! I'm 45 years old and have made quite a few auto purchases over the years, and by far my experience with Norman Chrysler was my worst, hands down. I purchased a car at 8:30 pm and by the next afternoon the check engine light was on. They refused to look at it without charging me a service visit. They claim they lost money on the deal and that I should have been happy to pay to repair the car which I had just purchased since I received such a great deal on the car. My cost was $14,700 for a 2008 Mazda with 60K miles, so I never felt that I received such a great deal, only a fair one, until I was stuck with immediate repair costs. I'm convinced that they knew of the repair problems and passed them on to me. When they say ""Nobody cars"", they really mean it! I'd been in the market for a new Challenger for a while, got my tax return about the same time I got an Email from Norman Nobody about this Russell Westbrook Thunder Celebrity Bowling promo. So, I went down to check it out. I had a good salesman and the transaction went pretty well. The coffee was pretty sorry and it did take a while with the financing part but I bought cars before and it seemed about on par. After I got home I went online and saw all these terrible reviews. I just don't get it, it was nothing like the experience I had? I guess some people are more vocal about the negative things than the positive but I can assure you my experience was a positive one. thanks norman nobody! Rod. made a deal on the phone drove a state away to purchase the car only to find out that the so called deal went back up to original sticker price. DO NOT GO THERE AND WASTE YOUR TIME AND HARD EARNED MONEY they are not deserving. ""Zach"" accounting manager Jeremiah or whatever you are called this week is not his real name. unprofessional and was acting like a child. The people are so overbearing and pushy. bate and switch is the tatics they use to get you in their dealership.
