Lance is an excellent practitioner! He is a very gentle and effective acupuncturist--I felt results from the first session with him. He listens well and responds in detail to concerns and questions. He also has extensive training with a range of techniques other than acupunture and so can create a personalized approach for clients. I highly recommend him. After years of suffering with anxiety and depression, i finally feel like myself again! I was a total skeptic but tried acupuncture after a friend raved about Lance Isakov. He is a magician in my opinion. he is professional, a great listener, has a great touch and gives great advice. Its like having my own personal life coach, bodyworker and guide all in one! more

Best Yoga Classes in Philadelphia! 12/21/2005

Lance's Classes are the best ive found! The studio is beautiful and warm. The atmosphere is fun, not competitive and i feel amazing after class!. definately recommended!!! Pros: plent of parking!, great yoga room! more

I love Kundalini Yoga! 12/16/2005

This Yoga makes me feel so good afterwards. I always have the biggest grin on my face after class. Lance is also an awesome yoga teacher, very kind and very encouraging. Pros: good parking, great yoga space! more
