Don't recommend renting or buying these ancient condos. The buildings are at least 40 years old. The one we rented smelled of mildew mixed with pet urine, had an ineffective water heater, and poorly patched holes in the walls.
Not long ago there was a fire here because some low life was running a meth lab out of lanai condos.
They have thin walls so that we could hear the Spanish maintenance guys that always lurked talked loudly outside our door. Renters are not treated with any respect or given any privacy by the maintenance staff. You'd think these guys would have some real work to do or if not they could go hang out at their own apartments. For the price you can find much better long and short term rentals in today's market.
