Lamont Hill Resturant - food is mostly out of a box, sandwiches are better at a quickshop deli - staff are about as friendly as a pack of porupines - i will take my own lunch to the lake rather than eat there agin - a waste of money - i don't golf so i am not interested in any of their other amenities - the place lacks any personality or grace - again i was dissapointed Pros: null Cons: null more

Great cinnamon rolls at breakfast... Cozy, warm and friendly hospitality. Most welcoming to hunters... less the few out of town (Ohio), holier than thou, self-righteous vagrants that roll through on occasion and decide to deliver some hysterical rant motivated by political agenda. Stop in and have a cup of joe and a roll, after a good bloody duck hunt and be glad you're not a socialist flea-bag. more

Lamont Hill is a hunting lodge?? 10/4/2009

Beware the hunters - they fill the rooms and parking lot. The kill is "stored" outside the rooms and displayed in their trucks without regard to other guests. It's bad enough that we still license the murder of innocent animals for sport, but this place seems to attract the lowest of the hunter breed. more

If you want to stay at Pomona Lake 11/19/2008

This is your only option if you want to stay somewhere near Pomona Lake. There are no frills, but you won't pay for any either. Make sure you make reservations on holidays. more
