First of all my mother was not aware she had Cancer until Lakeshore Family Medicine(of North Collins N.Y.) called her and said her chemo treatments were to begin the following Monday noone had informed her about her sickness.Secondly my wife has been to two specialist for her problem, both times Lakeshore Family Medicine forgot to fax their offices very valuable medical info that was needed before they can treat my wife.Needless to say we had to re-schedule both appointments, but we didn't find out until we drove an hour to get there.The list goes on and on I hear from many different people about their problems. Also, when my wife was waiting for bloodwork results, a secretary had informed her that her results came back negative, then 5 days later she was informed by the doctor that they were possitive. All in all, our experience there has been extremely unprofessional. To say the least!
Pros: Dr.Cavaleri is Outstanding
Cons: I cant say the same for the others. Esp Dr. Shake
