Feb 2 I dropped off my 2013 Venza with an estimated 2 day repair. David quickly gave a thorough estimate, making sure I was aware that additional damage may be discovered once dismantled. The co-ordination of Enterprise rental was also handled smoothly. As promised, my Venza was finished by afternoon on Feb 3. Lindsey greeted me pleasantly from the receptionist desk, making me feel welcome. The Sunset bronze (an unusual color ) on the bumper replacement was perfectly matched! I received a detailed repost of specific repairs as well as a cost summary. Even though it was getting dark when I came to pick up, I could easily tell that the windshield (as well as all other glass) had been cleaned - a noticeable improvement! It was evident that the detail crew went beyond my expectations, having vacuumed under each floor mat. It was a better job done than my Toyota dealership does!! I could tell that they even pulled up the rugs and blanket in order to completely vacuum cargo area. I am truly impressed with the level of service I received! Please extend my appreciation for a job well done, to each person involved with the repairs of my 2013 Venza.
