Excellent service 9/19/2016

Master Radiator provides quick efficient service at a low/decent cost. In a day they managed to track down and fix my cars issues, and since it was broken wires it was a pain to track. more

As always Steve and Brandon Shaun and the rest of the guys provide a great service and make you feel like you're their number one customer. That's a rare thing these days as businesses now days tend to be aimed more at the moetary benefits as opposed to worrying about the customers satisfaction. Obviously this is not the case with this business. I am a huge advocate for this company and have sent and referred numerous individuals to Steve and Brandon and each time was thanked by that person as they were satisfied. I would not take my vehicle anywhere else even if my car was new. You will not get the service that is provided at Lake Orion Master Radiator anywhere else. Dealerships or otherwise. Ten stars and more would express my satisfaction level! more

Family owned 8/25/2016

I go to master radiator for reg oil changes all the way up to a new front end or heavier work. They are always fair. Brandon and Steve treat me great! I do recommend them to anyone. more

The guys there are always so welcoming and kind. They always turn on cartoons for my 2 yr old. They are so knowledgeable and I'm always happy with the work they do! I will definitely always come here for any work that needs to be done. more

Fast, Freindly & Honest 8/20/2016

We always take our vehicles to Master Radiator to be serviced and repaired. Why go to a corporate outfit when you can get better service (and most often, rates) from people who live in your own community? I highly recommend Master Radiator. Steve and Brendan are the best! more

As everyone else is today I am extremely busy. I love that I was able to drop off the car at night to fit my schedule, received email communications while at work the next day regarding repairs, was able to call in payment and then pick up car on my time late the next day. Thanks for making this so easy! more

Good and quick service overall. Inspection appointment kept on track. Warrenty honored without question. Car returned to operation in 1 day, without impact to my business. (may want to branch out, into TEA and not just coffee for lobby ....smile) Confusing billing printouts, may want to be redesigned for better readibiliy but not too important. more

We switched to LOMR on a friend's advice and we are thrilled. The people are friendly and knowledgeable, not condescending like some others. Our cars have been fixed properly, at the price quoted (or below), and on time. We no longer dread taking a car in for repair. We highly recommend Lake Orion Master Radiator and Auto Service. more
