\r Do not live here! You will be miserable! This place is a total dump. Management is terrible, unhelpful, and uneducated. It's so much to write so I will list all the problems I've had.\r \r 1. Major cock roach infestation year round.\r 2. Black mold growing on ceilings and appliances regardless of chemical treatments.\r 3. Air conditioning has broken 4 times in one year.\r 4. Maintenance and Management take approx. 2 days to fix problems.\r 5. Roof leaks and causes mold in ceiling and carpet if it rains too hard.\r 6. Carpet isn't glued down so old rusty sharp nails stick out of the floor.\r 7. If an exterminator is called, a guy will show up with a can of bug spray.\r 8. Neighbors are loud and ghetto.\r 9. The dumpster is constantly overflowing with disgusting smelling garbage.\r 10. The property has graffitti everywhere, gang signs, profanity, even a spray painted penis. Great for your young kids.\r 11. The pool is green and most of the time, out of service because they don't keep up with the property.\r 12. Some areas of the complex are boarded up and fenced off so crack heads and drug addicts sleep there a lot. \r 13. About once a month, management puts a note on your door informing you another apartment was broken into the night before.\r \r The list can go on and on. If you want your quality of life to drastically decrease in a period of 12-14 months, this is a perfect place to achieve that goal. If you've given up on life and don't want any of your relatives or family to visit you, live here and they'll never have the desire to come visit again! But, if you have an ounce of class and respect for yourself and your family, please don't live here. You will feel like a hostage being held at gun point in a 3rd world country for the entire term of you lease. \r \r \r more

If you want to have the major stress of your live your living conditions then choose Lake Harbin Apartments. The office staff is rude, unprofessional and lie. I paidmy deposit and had my move-in date set a month before moving in. My apartment was still not cleaned when I was moving in. The manager stated it would not be ready for 2 more days and offered no assistance in paying for a hotel. The apartment was paid for. and they still did not have the apartment clean after a month. The manager was yelling at me not even listening to what I had to say. When really I should of been the one yelling. Pros: nothing Cons: Staff, crime, dirty, loud neighbors, Quovadis more
