Why are you charging everyone the same for their Sewer Bill when it is supposed to be charged by your water usage? I live in Concord and I am overcharged for my sewer bill because you are charging me the same as a large family when I live alone. This is cheating most of your customers. Many cities in Lake County are charged according to their water consumption. You are cheating us!
