Best ever! 3/16/2014

After suffering through many warranty repairs, then dealing with the same company after the warranty expired i was fed up. When my GE dryer stopped working AGAIN I was ready for a new repair provider. i called Lake-Country; was given an appointment in hours, not weeks. Josh show up promptly; checked for cause. He retrieved parts from his truck vs. the mail order and then come come back to fix it in 10 days routine I had gotten used to. This was the BEST REPAIR EVER! P.S. never buy GE major appliances. more

Top notch experience! 10/2/2013

What a joy to have been greeted warmly and professionally on the phone & then have such a great experience with Doug. He was on time, courteous, thoroughly explained the issue my freezer was having and promptly fixed it. I don't think I will ever call another company again. Especially now that I know they also take care do heating and a/c issues. Even my dog (who is quite picky) liked him. Great sniff all the way around. Patty Bunce more

Wonderful Company to work with! 9/18/2013

When not so little fingers snapped the handle off our microwave this summer, it was like our world stood still!! To open the door, we used pliers! I called LCR, explained the delemia to Stephanie & that very same day Doug was out here to take care of us! He ordered the new handle & within two weeks Doug installed the handle! We are happy campers now, & so glad to have found LCR. more

Top-Flight Professionals! 8/31/2013

We have had Lake Country Repairs out for 2 service calls on appliances. They are, without question, the finest service group my wife and I have worked with in over 30 years of home ownership. Prompt communication on scheduling the call. Arrival on-time within the window promised. A phone call one hour in advance to "dial-in" the exact time. Their demeanor and skill sets are readily apparent when diagnosing the appliance. The great communication continues when they informed us of what was wrong as well as what it would cost to repair. And their pricing was extremely fair. I will use them exclusively on our two homes and rental unit moving forward. It is truly refreshing to find a company so steeped in good old fashioned service values. more

Our fridge stop working about 16 hours before a large family party. LC came out and took care of everything promptly and efficiently. Very professional . Would recommend more

Dryer Repair 12/29/2012

Christmas Eve Eve...in the snow and these two guys came to our house at the last minute. They were professional, clean and quick to make the diagnosis and repair. They even give a discount when paying cash! Nice. Highly recommended group of repair technicians. They even recommended not putting more repair money into another appliance that I was asking about. They could have easily taken my money and worked on the appliance, but they didn't, because they are honest. I loved the whole experience. more

Great and Speedy Service 12/19/2012

We called for service on our oven and the same day they were able to repair the problem. They were very professional and took off their shoes to not track in snow/dirt/ect. They also laid a blanket down so the floor wouldn't get scratched. They fixed the problem in about 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend them! more

I have a 40 year old Hotpoint refrigerator. The freezer suddenly quit working (after me using a yardstick to get something out from under it for the cat!). I called about 5 p.m., the guys came out right after supper, fixed it in less than 1/2 hour and EVEN CLEANED UP all the gunk that had collected behind it. more

Fixed my GE refrigerator same day! 12/4/2012

I have a GE bottom freezer that was only 5 years old that started not holding temp and the controls went out. I called Lake Country Repair after my sister referred Doug after he fixed her dishwasher. He came out same day with the part needed after he diagnosed the problem over the phone. No food loss! Thank you and I will recommend! more

Excellent, Fast Repair 12/3/2012

My oven suddenly stopped working. I called late morning and when I told them I had to make cupcakes for a child's birthday, they added me on to the end of the same day. Fixed in just over an hour. They diagnosed the problem and had the parts to fix it. I am impressed! Thank you! more

Speedy, efficient, and honest 10/29/2012

I had a washer that was making a horrendously loud noise and I thought it was the barrel, which had been the case for a washer I previously owned. After a Google search, I found Lake Country Repair and decided to have them come out to take a look at it. The service person was on time, courteous, and after removing a weedwacker line from the machine, it was fixed. more
