Do not use this employment service if you want reliability. I hired three people to assist moving furniture through Lafayette Personnel Service, and only 1 person showed up. Lafayette Personnel Service was not able to be reached by phone to send other people, and I was still charged the full rate of hiring that one person, even though I could not complete the job without the other two people.
Pros: They offer a 4 hour minimum
Cons: Don't expect the workers to show up to the site- nor expect Lafayette Personnel Service to compensate you
