O.K. Temp agency that usually puts you to work in the summertime especially if your looking to make some quick cash. If your looking for full time or part time work it usually takes a bit to get on those jobs. But if you kick ass usually they'll repeat you and you get a good chance of getting hired on with a company full time. Also if you have a car you will have a much easier time of getting work.\r \r Pros: Paid daily\r Easy application aprroval process\r Decent Management \r 75% of the time the work is really easy\r \r Cons: No health benefits ( used to have but not anymore, by far the worse thing about laborworks ..if they had this available again a lot of people would be eager to sign up including me)\r \r Bs jobs. Know what your getting into sometime these jobs require heavy lifting or being in unsanitary places\r \r Wages: every now and again a job might pay more but let me give you fair warning. Most of these jobs are MINIMUM WAGE!\r \r Besides that Laborworks is a decent place to work for even tho a lot of people bash on it. They offer you an opportunity to work and make a little green where most places wouldn't. But they also need to do a LOT more to satisfying their employees by providing adequate health and financial options as well as customer service.\r \r \r Last thing when you work there youll be paid by a prepaid debit card. If you dont want it as an option for payment you dont have to. You DO have the option to also receive a CHECK\r \r \r \r \r \r more
