I have been to this location many times and up till now have never had a problem but this time the Lady at the window ( sorry I didn't catch her name ) was very rude and shound Never greet anyone like she treated me all I wanted to do was ask her a question and she just flew off the handle maybe it is time to rethink why greets the people someone needs to be in the back doing more filling I think :( I truely hope things change
