Lazy Boy Furniture Store 10/23/2006

I would go to a nice furniture store like Lazy Boy and get some "good" furniture. When we moved from MD to FL we sold most of what we had and had always intended to replace what we took. But my husband and I could never agree on what "style" furniture to go with so we never got it done. Then when we sold our house in FL we sold the furniture with it. We've replaced the basic pieces as we're in a rental house for a year and we didn't want to buy a lot of furniture until we bought a house somewhere; hopefully, it will be Colorado Springs. So for me, it would be a furniture store. We did shop in this store and everyone in there was so nice. We did buy a love seat and an ottman for a really reasonable price because someone had ordered a room full of furniture and those two pieces were too much so they returned it to the store. more

THE worst ever!! 9/7/2006

The delivered damaged pieces that were custom orders, then didn't want to fix them, then ordered the wrong pieces to fix them, then told us to try having them fixed thru a different store, then wouldn't do all the reapirs!! I would NEVER recommend this store to anyone nor would I ever set foot in it again!! Their head-office was just as bad!! When I went in to talk to them about all the problems in a calm, rational, adult manner, they suggested that I sit down and sip on a bottle of water ...... find another store to buy from, this one stinks!!! more

Great Buy 8/29/2005

We just moved to CO and we're furnishing an apartment. I entered the store and a very nice lady, Tami, immediately met us and asked if we needed help. I informed her I was on a "budget" of about $800 and needed to furnish a two bedroom apartment." She chuckled just a little and then said, "follow me, I have something I know you will like," Turns out we ended up buying a beautiful loveseat and matching ottoman for a really good price. Someone had purchased it with a room full of furniture and these two pieces didn't fit. We needed to have it delivered and the delivery guys were very, very friendly. I would recommend this Furniture Store to anyone. more
