If you want to overpay and be treated like garbage, move in here. Thankfully, our lease us up next month. I can start with saying that we have one of the 2 bedroom town homes, and it's a pile. During November through February, our heater hardly worked. They would send people every other week, only after a week of not having heat, to patch things up until later. We would wake up and the thermostat would say 52 degrees in the house. How can they let this happen? Both vehicles were broke into, one car had the window smashed and had a laptop and golf clubs stolen, and the truck had its wheels stolen! They say that security cant be everywhere, but it only takes 60 seconds flat for them to show up for a noise complaint, and that comes with a strict eviction notice. We had the building pressure washed a few weeks ago and all of our patio things thrown in the mud and not put back, and everything sprayed into our porch. Gang activity is happening like crazy and we get woken up due to fights in the streets every weekend. There have been 3 different security companies since we moved in, but you would think maybe they would try something different, like cameras. I 100% agree with all of the negative reviews on here and nothing would make me happier than if I was able to spend a weekend outside of their leasing office encouraging people to take their business elsewhere.
