Great Service Great People! 1/7/2012

I have used L & L for about 2 years now and I have NO complaints. They staff are friendly and the garbage men are hard workers. I had another company (Waste M.) for many years and the garbage men would throw my cans and even cursed in front of my children because they didn't like the amout of trash I had (one can)! When I complained to the office they told me they were not responsible for the drivers! I absolutely LOVE L & L!! more

Used L & L for many years. Switched to another company for recycle for a couple months, but just switched back, due to multiple issues. L & L disposal is a great company! more

Great Service!! 12/28/2010

I've had L & L for a year now, and have always been more than satisfied. Not only have they picked up extra bags that were outside of the trash can, but they also pick up the Christmas Tree. One one occasion where I forgot to put the can out in the morning, they came back at the end of their route to pick it up! L & L is as close as you can get to a small town operation in Colorado Springs - we even received a Christmas Card from our Trashman! more

The Worst Service In The Springs 2/4/2010

we had L&L for almost a year and today was the last day we will have these guys. we did some work and had a bit more trash.the guys come up to my door and told my wife they were only going to pick up 6 bags,Cool what ever) then got in her face yelling at her for haveing too much trash. if i would have been home i would have beat the crap out of this guy.dont use this trash service.bad services & vary bad staff.even office staff are bad.yes it is a cheap service but it is not worth all the bs with them....and no i did not pay the last bill these guys sent...i should be sueing them....... So Disappointed 6/29/2009

I missed a payment for the 3 months. They kept pick ing up my trash for a month. They stopped picking up my trash (all good) They kept charging me over the course of the year. The lady who answers the phone was rude and unconcerned.Why am I still being billed, and why don't you pick up my trash!!!!! Cons: Bad Billing more

Save your $$ for something else! 5/1/2009

We have used L&L for 6 1/2 years and the service was great until January of this year! After the new year began, we got new trash guys and they have done nothing but complain about our trash! Today one of the men actually YELLED at me and threatened to not pick up my trash!!! How disrespectful! I pay for 2 cans a week and rarely have both cans out there! We've had a little more this last month due to renovations, but nothing extreme. He told me today I needed to stop putting so much trash out! EXCUSE me!!! Then he told me to go ahead and call the office and see what happens! Is that a threat?! We are VERY disappointed to say the least! Looking for new company as we speak! Pros: Nice office staff Cons: Rude employees!! more
