LE FEVERS PLUMBING

Le Fever was recommended to me by a neighbor. They came out the next day. Plumbing was stopped up. I suspected tree roots was the problem. They ran the rotor rooter through the line and everything seemed ok when they finished that day. Two days later the line was still stopped up. I strongly suggested they hadn't completely removed all the obstruction. They dissagreed and wanted to charge me again. I declined at the time. They suggested calling the water department out to check their line. That worked for a day. I called the water department back out 7 times in a week an a half. Water department finally agreed that something had to be in my line. I had Le Fever come back out and paid the charge again. That time they pulled out a big plug of tree roots that had been left behind the first time. I made my plea, they hadn't done their job right the first time. But to no avail. They left the hole they had dug behind my house. Both times I had them out here, they worked about 45 minutes. Not the full hour they charged for. My neighbor and I both will be using someone different next time. I don't know how they stay in buisness. Highly recommend using anyone else but Le Fever. more

Once again, Le Fevers to the rescue! Have used this company for years and believe them to be honest, trustworthy, and reliable. Today pipe replaced and new toilet installed in one bathroom and cut-off installed and faucet replaced in the other. Patch to kitchen sink and water leak from sprinkler dealt with also. Donna is always kind and helpful with scheduling of appointments. And they just don't come any better than Lee. I always ask for him and Donna makes it happen. I count on Le Fevers to be there when I need 'em! more

After spending over 2K to have both hot water heaters replaced in my home, I have had one quit working after just 32 months. I was told that although I paid for a 10 year warranty, I would have to pay the labor to fix whatever was wrong. I was told that, in addition, the 10 year warranty only covers the tank. THAT SURE WASN'T EXPLAINED TO ME WHEN I WAS OFFERED THE PRICE FOR THE 10 YEAR WARRANTY! In addition, when they replaced my water heaters, the tech neglected to unplug the circulating pump and burned it up. Lefever's did not stand by their tech's mistake and I had to pay $400 for a new circulating pump. I am not sure how this company is getting their ratings, but my experience is deplorable. Now, I have an inoperable hot water heater from them after just 2-1/2 years and this company is not standing behind their work and product. I will have a more reliable company service it, AAA Auger. From the Secretary to the Plumber - they take care of business. No games, no lies, and no mess. Whatever price is quoted over the phone is what your are charged. Lefevers is very prompt about getting to your location and fixing the problem. I called at 12 PM and was given a 1 PM time. The Technician Lee Barr called and said he was on his way at 5 til 1 PM. He got there and I showed him what the problem was and he fixed it in about 45 minutes. Lefevers Prices won't be matched by anyone. Give them a try - I promise you won't be dissapointed.
