Thank you for ESTHER, one of your personal trainers who came up to me to ask if I wanted a free session. If it wasn't for her I would be on a treadmill watching TV. She is young but tough and fun. I am getting stronger every day and would highly recommend her to anyone (man or woman) interested in improving your health and not wasting your time and fooling yourself into thinking you are getting a TRUE workout! more
