Last night, after reading the reviews here, we went to L'Thai, and it was incredible. This may very well be the only organic Thai restaurant outside of Thailand. You are given the choice of grassfed beef, chicken, vegetables or tofu. There is a large selection of vegetarian dishes, as well.\r

We had the spring rolls, Tofu-Tod, Tom Ka (with tofu), Matsaman Tofu, and Basil Portabello. The Tofu-tod was amazing..we decided we could have easily eaten several plates of these hot, juicy delicasies served with a sweet chili sauce with peanuts. The spring rolls were obviously fresh. In fact, that's what really stands out here, how fresh and supple all the ingredients are. \r

Even after the two of us eating all this, saving half the entrees for lunch the next day, I was compelled to order the handmade coconut mango icecream. Upon that last spoonful of creamy goodness, I knew I had attained nirvana, and L'Thai was my Bodhi tree.
Pros: Organic vegetables, fresh ingredients, impeccable service.
Cons: None.
