I called at 9:15 and was advised that I would receive a return call within 5 minutes from the technician. The technician calls at 9:25 and says he'll be here within 25 minutes. An hour later I had to call back to dispatch to find out where the technician is. They'll tell me they'll contact him and call me back. I received another call from the tech but not from dispatch indicating that he'll be there in 5 minutes. Still took another 15 minutes while I'm sitting locked outside of my house. The technician finally arrives, opens the door, and tells me that I owe $139. I explain to him that I don't have that much and can I contact someone with a credit card to cover the fees. He's fine with that. I explain to him that I can't get in touch with anyone on the phone. I tell him to go ahead and leave me locked out, and I'll figure something out. He then tells me that I'm still responsible for the $29 service fee, and he can't leave until he collects the service fee. I explain to him that without access to my home - which I refuse to enter because I don't have $139 - but I can pay him the service fee at another time. He says that he won't leave because he's not going to explain why he left my residence without the fee. I ask him what we can do to resolve the issue, and finally decide to contact the dispatcher myself. After describing the situation they say they'll call me back. The call me back, and Samantha starts by saying that the technician says that he gave me access to my home and the credit declined. And explains that doesn't agree with what I previously told her. After explaining the situation to her again she tells that it doesn't agree with what I previously told her. She then tells me that because he performed the service - unlocked my house - even though I never went in - that I owe the entire $139. In addition she continued to interrupt my story, and we received no resolution at the end of the conversation.
