First of all, let me say that the service that was performed was great. With that being said, I feel that the guy could have been on time with the appointment. He was about 15 minutes late and I plan out every minute of my day! So I wasn’t thrilled about that! Good thing the guy was done faster than the hour he guessed it would take him, so I guess there was no harm done. more

I’m pretty upset that the wife doesn’t know how to NOT LOSE HER KEYS! But she has done it 3 times in the last 8 months! So last time, I had the guy make me 2 keys. Ended up working out, until she lost the second one. I just can’t win. But i’m glad they gave me a frequent customer discount. more

I have no idea what these other guys were saying. they were saying laser cut and vat system.. I just told them I’d call back. But all these guys just needed to know the make and model of the car and I had a new key in about one and a half hour. Use them if you need help. more

At first I called a friend of mint to help me out with my door. But I soon found out that he isn’t a locksmith and that shoving paperclips in the lock wasn’t going to help. So I did myself a favor and looked up these people. They came out and unlike my friend, was able to open up the lock in a mater of 15 minutes. Now if I could only get back the half hour my friend spent “helping me” lol more

They are great. came to my new home to replace all of my locks last year. He was quick, efficient and his prices were fair. The key event happened several months later, when my 2 yr old son was locked in his bedroom mistakenly by an inside lock that was erroneously set in lock mode (fortunately he slept through it). I called their receptionist and she sent me a locksmith right there on the spot as it was an emergency. She even called to check in and make sure he arrived. After he opened the door he charged me well over the quote she gave me over the phone, so I called her back at the number I had right away and she said "let me talk to him!" and suddenly the price dropped by $20. After the transaction was completed they called to make sure the credit was back on my card. It was. That is amazing customer service, and for that i add the 5th stars as they went out of their way to make sure I was happy. more

So, I have a habit of losing things. I'm on my 4th cell phone in the last 6 months. Recently, I had to call These folks to return to my apt and repair a lock that I had stripped at 4am after losing my keys. Not only did he offer me a "repeat customer discount" of about 15%, but he also offered to write the receipt to include the first repair they did (on my dead bolt) which our landlord had ridiculously refused to reimburse (despite multiple emails and phone calls detailing the security concerns)... Anyway, this guy is incredible and I rarely give out 5 stars but he totally deserves it. more

Sometimes I sit there and think about why I didn't call these people earlier. My wife was nagging me for months about a lock that was sticking on the back door. I just kept lubricating the damn thing. But eventually, there was a part that must have snapped off because the lock started to rattle and wouldn't close all the way. So I gave these guys a call and they came out and replaced the lock. Afterward, the tech said that there was a small screw that came loose and that if it were tightened when the problem first happened, i wouldn't have needed a replacement lock. Well, I didn't tell her about that, but next time I have a problem I'll just get it taken care of right there and then! more

These guys are not going to win any speed contests. I mean it took them about 45 minutes just to get out here. But when they did get here, they were done with the locks in less than 20 minutes. Now that I think about it, I guess that it didn't take them too long to get out here considering the fact that it was the end of rush hour. more
