Play around all you want. But just don’t chuck your keys across the street for your friend to open up the car door. I guess that can damage the chip that is in the newer car key...

I think the house troll broke the lock this time! I remember locking the garage and having no problem when I left for work in the morning. But when I came back home, the lock seems that the latch itself has broken and the key wouldn’t turn over! So I made a call and found these guys. They came out and fixed the problem without having to do anything crazy. I do have a new key though. Whatever, at least it works now, and the Troll hasn’t returned. lol more

When I called them., it was really a leap of faith. I never used a locksmith before. But the guy that came out to open the door was pleasant and I definitely didn’t feel overcharged. Overall I feel confident using these guys again if I need to. more

quick and reliable! 3/22/2011

All i kept thinking is that i know exactly where the keys are! They were in the cup holder in the rental in ALBERTA!!! Damn it.. But I called these guys and they did get me into the house. It wasn’t exactly cheap, but I guess being that when we had the locks installed, we installed the best ones that were available that it wouldn’t be cheap to get into! more

Boy was I pissed, but these guys were very happy to charge me an arm and a leg to give me a new key, I can tell you that! more

gonna be brutally honest here - they got here fast, charged me LESS then what I was quoted over the phone - from the operator to the locksmith that came to my apartment right after midnight - had all the right tools and knew what he was doing EVERYONE was smiling (well I didn't actually see the girl over the phone but she sounded happy...) anyway many thanks! who thought that getting locked out around midnight would be such a positive experience. more

They arrived within 1.5 hours of me calling the office, even though I did not have an emergency. He was very fast, efficient, personable and didn't mind answering any questions I had. I'll definitely use them again. more
