Kyle Plumbing

Had a leak in our water heater. Called around and decided to go with Kyle Plumbing. They are, without a doubt, one of the most professional companies I have dealt with in a long time. Plumber arrived 5 minutes before promised and was courteous and professional. Also was well groomed, which seems like a trivial observation but I've had other contractors in my home in the past from other companies that looked as if they've just crawled out of a dumpster. Not the case here. Everything went great and water heater was replaced at a reasonable price. Kyle was not the cheapest quote I received but I decided to go with them because of the comfort level I had initially dealing with their staff. I'm glad I did and will be recommending Kyle Plumbing to others. Thank you! more

Kyle plumbing has too much business to provide decent customer service to all their customers. I waited more than a week for their proposal and it did not have the correct information on it. When I asked them to change it, and gave specific reasons why, they told me off. The e-mail exchange is below word-for word. You be the judge. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - After they gave me the incorrect proposal I said this: I appreciate you trying to save your customer some money; however, this proposal leaves me with a white toilet in a green bathroom, a white toilet in a blue bathroom, and a white toilet in a pink bathroom. Not to mention the toilets are not the same shape, which would leave a stained silhouette in the shape of the old toilets on the tile. That would ruin the effect of thousands of dollars of tile-work and ceramics and look insanely ugly. That is in addition to the significant disruption to my life of having 3 toilets removed and dragged through my house, having 3 more dragged back in and then go through the whole sealant mess. This along with all the sanitization issues? No thanks. Those are only a couple of the many reasons why, when you came here, I specifically said replacing the toilets was not viable. I am a little upset this was not heard.
