When the new owners took over we were thrilled as they kept it clean. It's still fairly clean, but cleanliness is not everything. While we understand that prices need to be raised (maybe not twice in one year), but it seems that since the last raise the water level in the machines dropped. Now we pay $1.75 to wash a load of clothes and the water does not even cover the clothes! Inevitably you have to run the machine AGAIN to get the soap out giving them yet another $1.75 for our troubles. I think I'll just take my business elsewhere. To clarify, it's not the cost that has me upset, it's the lack of water to cover our clothes that has me upset. I refuse to pay anyone twice to wash one load of clothes. It's unacceptable.
