In all my life I've never been to a business like this... From the staff being super friendly and very knowledgeable, to the family owned atmosphere and attention to quality, they have the ""magic formula"" and I will most definitely be back. In fact I will be back with every car in my household and will be sending in ALL my friends, family and co-workers. The have the best prices, quickest wait times, staff that was attentive to me and delivered exactly what I needed. The first time I went in they performed a routine oil change and gave me a FREE car wash. WOW! When I got my car washed it rained two days later, but they have a 7-day clean car guarantee, which took care of me and that's something you DON'T find anywhere else on the planet. WOW! They had color coded reports that tracked and reported what and where my vehicle needed maintenance as well as took me in the shop and gave me several options on how I could fix my problem. I don't normally write reviews, but this place ROCKED! However before I posted I went through a couple of previous posts and couldn't believe the evisceration that a couple of pissed off people left. In Kwik Kar's defense I know for a fact that the price of parts is out of their control and they just bid the service as they see fit. I have had experiences at Midas and everywhere else for major repairs and basic maintenance with crappy results... This place, by far, has the best of everything. this place only cares about money and taking it from you. the people who work there are rude and careless. the women who work there ought to be called men. nasty and rude as well. this place rips people off and quotes people the wrong price EVERYTIME! i will NEVER go back. more

This is the only place that I will take my car for servicing. I have been ripped off by several Ford dealers and was happy to find Kwik Kar when I moved to the North Fort Worth area. They have never tried to overcharge or sell me something I did not need. In fact, they are happy if you just want to stop in and have the fluids or tires checked. Pros: Excellent, fast service more

I am an employee at kwik kar Watauga.This particular jeep needed a whole exhaust system,which includes a catalytic converter,O2 senors,and the actual tubing for te exhaust. Also the jeep was not in the greatest shape....suffice to say it was worth about a thousand dollars. Midas may have fixed part of the problem but rest assure someting else is bound to happen to the exaust system. A couple of ladies at our work may be a little over weight but that does not make them disgusting. Our technicians are always willing to help with any problems you may have or questions you need answered. Pros: excellent,fast,service Cons: we look over everything more

this place tried to rip me off so bad. i have an exhaust leak and they told me it would be 1700 to fix and asked if they could buy my jeep for 1000. sounded fishy to me, so i went to MIDAS and they told me the most it would be to fix it would be 600. kwik kar wanted to make money by fixing the problem and selling it for more than 1000. also, all the workers are rude and the women that work there are disgusting. oh i had to give it 1 star.. only because i had to rate. more
