lockbox-essential 2/18/2011

Having the option of a lockbox so that I didn't have to be home was essential (I also employed Home Depot - my experience there was completely opposite). more

Reasonable payment schedule. 2/2/2011

Justin from the start was very direct when giving price quotes, doing the design, etc, and was very patient with questions. Also, he put things in writing and explained a reasonable payment schedule. more

Process went as well 9/14/2010

I thought the process went as well as could be expected. The timetable with the drywall installation was good because I was able to paint the walls on the weekend before the cabinet/toliet was installed. It mad it MUCH easier! more
