Down the road if this salon closes it's door I wouldn't be surprise! Their service is poor. A male tech did my pedicure.....His license should be taken away! Went home and notice my nail had a lump. My nail was cracked down to the center of the toe He polished over the crack! He should be FIRED! Imagine the infection that could have happened! Believe me, I'm telling everyone NOT to go there. more

Excellent customer service, santized,quality service. 2/9/2012

Under new management, the salon is clean and the customer service is very nice and they guarantee us that any service that we are not satisfied with, they will re-do the service over at no charge. I have not been back at kunia nail for so long because before the service and quality is terrible. But now i been back and everything have change and upgrade to a upscale service. I got a pedicure and they doing a great job and they are very friendly. My friend got a fulset of nails and she love it because they have so much nail design and the guy there did a excellent and he take his time too. Very satisfied now more

messy job, attitude as an added extra. 9/4/2011

I went here to have my nails done as I live at the villas right across the street. I will not be going back. My nails are a mess, there is glue everywhere (cuticles and skin) and my nails are cut at different uneven lengths. The female technician (don't know her name, don't care neither) has a huge attitude problem, sat there and discussed my dissatisfaction with another customer and laughed at my expense. I will be taking legal action. Got it on video and have the pictures to prove it. more

Best Nail Technician 5/22/2010

I have been going to Kunia Nails for over 6 years mostly because of the wonderful nail technician named Viviane. I just found out that Viviane has moved to Excellent Nails next to Wal-Mart in Kunia. While I enjoyed Kunia nails the prices are pretty steep and to be honest Viviane is the real reason I kept going. I will definitely be moving salons to keep my business with her. more

Are Nails Worth the Wait @ Kunia 4/19/2006

Nice establishment. I had an appointment, but apparently it didn't matter. My name went on a list, and they just went down the list. So, I ended up waiting about 25 mins after my scheduled appointment before it was my turn. The spa pedicure was nice & gave me my much needed R&R, and my nails look gorgeous! Is it worth the wait? Hmmm, possibly, (I'd go again, but more than likely I'll try another that keeps their appointments better) just let the babysitter know that you won't be home for a couple of hours though!! more
