Good: Overall appearance of the store. Prices seem to go up and down everyday.. Bad: The manager needs to learn how to deal with the public properly and the floral designer needs to learn how to make corsages, particularily when a customer asks for a particular flower, and use flowers that are fresh, not wilted!!!!. Improvements: A new manager and someone in the floral department who isn't afraid to throw out old, wilted flowers. Both expect the customer to accept what they offer, not what the customer wants. Poor leadership!!!!. Other: LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS AND DON'T EXPECT THEM TO ACCEPT SOMETHING THAT WOULDN'T BE PRESENTABLE EVEN TO THEIR MOTHERS!!!!.
