I have been going here more for the ice cream than the doughnuts lately. The soft serve is the best I have ever had. Too bad it isn't available in the Puyallup location too!

Worst

the lattes were not fit for human consumption. Our service was just barely insolent and not interested in any we had to say. We paid over $7.00 and poured them out on the road.

Bad customer service 3/5/2009

I had a bad experience my daughter wanted donuts while being at tacoma mall it was barely 950 pm and they close until 10 the doors were already close they saw me trying to open the door but didn't pay attention! So if u want to go there make sure u go 30 minutes before!! more
