I called these guys in the morning yesterday because my wall heater had quit working. They sent a guy out within 2 hours and he had it fixed within an hour for less than $150.00. Wife is warm and it's a happy household again! I called them again yesterday later in the day when I realized they work on refrigerators also. Our refrigerator was leaking just a little bit (has been for months) and the icemaker wasn't working. They sent a different guy out this morning. He offered a couple solutions and I went for the one that cost $52.50 - he didn't replace any parts - just made a few adjustments. I won't know about the leak for a few days for sure but the guy said it had to do with the line for the icemaker. Anyway, my icemaker's already working! You really don't miss those things until you've had one and then you don't! more

After reading the reviews about this company I was not pleased when my home warranty company assigned them to come check out my heater. I was shocked to get a call from a very polite gal named Tracy within 30 minutes of placing my claim with the warranty company and tickled that she was offering me an appointment the very next day! I had to get past the Russian accent of the guy who showed up but he seemed to know what he was doing. Before he left he let me know that he was going to have to order the part. Tracy followed up with me the next afternoon and the guy was back the very next day to finish the job. These guys were GREAT and I would recommend them to anyone! more

I sincerely hope you read this BEFORE you let this company get anywhere close to your home. They were sent by my Home Warranty company to repair my furnace. First, they missed their scheduled appointment and failed to notify me until they were due to arrive. This caused me considerable inconvenience. After he eventually showed up, he special ordered and installed parts that did not fix the problem. Then he blamed the problem on low gas pressure. The Gas company came out and determined that the pressure was OK. The Kravets technician made three separate visits to my home and never resolved the problem. He eventually gave up. I insisted to the Warranty Company that they find a different repair company to fix my furnace. The new company correctly dianosed and repaired the problem within thirty minutes. I urge you to avoid Kravets. If I could give them less than a one-star rating, I would. Cons: Technician's incompetence more

These people are totally incompetent. My insurance company sent them out to fix my heater, but all they did was take it apart and then not put it back together the right way. The insurance company is now telling me that the heater isn't installed properly and they won't fix it except that the improper installation are teh parts these bozos disconnected. Cons: everything to do with them more

I was unable to get anyone on the phone for days. When the serviceman finally showed up he was there for 3 minutes asked for a $55 dollar check and left. It took me 3 weeks to find out what was done or I should say wasn't done and what needed to be done to fix my A/C. It is a racket and only call them if you have plenty of time and money to waste. more

I waited days before I actually got to talk to a person on the phone. The technician was late and did nothing to help me. I had to wait 5 more days before they finally sent someone out who again was late. I am stuck with this company due to my insurance company. They have terrible customer service and are completely unreliable. more

Unfortunately this company is used by my home insurance, they are LATE , unreliable, they have POOR customer service...c'mon what company only has 1 receptionist answering and directing phone calls???? I was on hold for at least 10 minutes. On top of that, there were times I got the answering machine and left several messages without a return call. POOOOOOR service!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY more

we were recommended this company by some friends and took a chance and called them when our dishwasher broke. the repair guy was out to our house the same day, fixed it in 10 mins and we haven't had a problem since. price was EXTREMELY reasonable and the customer service was excellent. thanks for easing our minds and our wallets!!!
