Get Soaked! 7/9/2006

This is a great place to escape the summer heat. Lots of different water attractions to satisfy the whole family. There is a wave pool, floating/lazy river, wild tube rides and more. My complaint is that the food options are pretty limited. Better to pack your own picnic and enjoy it out in the car during a break.The park has lots of lounge chairs so you can relax as well. Check the webpage for specials. Season passes are also available if you are a water park junky! more

Sorry for the cliché title, but its true. Knott's Soak City is very fun. I recommend spending the better half of a summer day there when you get the chance. Make sure you check their schedule for when they’re open because since it’s a summer attraction, they’re schedule can change. Also look out for coupons from Food-4-Less. They can usually save you a few bucks. more

Good place during a hot summer day 8/19/2005

This is a pretty cool place, the theme of the 59's long board days makes creates a cool ambiance. Lot's of kid of course. Big kids can have fun to. Located about 15 minutes south of downtown San Diego it a short drive from anywhere in the county. It's located right next to the Coors Amphitheatre. You can often find discount coupons around the county to make it a decent deal. more
