Alpena's KMART is one of the best in Northern MI. KMART is a Troy, MI based store. This KMART is great for cottage, camping, fishing and boating supplies. They also have a large area of groceries which quite often are cheaper than the local WalMart Super Center, Neiman's and Perches Grocery Stores.
Alpena KMART is particularly good for sales on boys and women's clothing that wears like iron. I have purchased boys shirts and jeans here on their July sales that my son has worn for 2-3 years. When I finally give them away to Katy Christian Ministries they still look like new yet during the yearly July sales I have paid only $2-$3 for them and my son has received many complements from other Moms who only buy their boys clothes at name brand high end US retailers! I do back to school shopping I arrive at the cottage.
