Good: Sale prices, clearance items, selection of soil and mulch for gardening.. Bad: Sale items rarely ring up the right price. When this is brought to their attention, they don't care.
There is usually only 1 register open.
You can't find anyone to help you, esp. in the garden dept. You have to go up front to buy soil, they can't find the prices, then you have to go back to the garden dept. and load all the heavy bags yourself. It appears abandoned when you walk back there, no one in sight. The register is not open and the side door is unlocked so people could just walk out.. Improvements: It would be nice if things rang up the correct price.
They could have a register open. Many times I have been in there and only customer service is open, no registers.
The cashiers are pretty slow. The employees seem to not care if you complain about everything ringing up wrong or people dropping everything and leaving due the long wait. They are losing a lot of business because of this stuff. I stopped going there because it's not worth it. They have forced me to have to go to Walmart.. Other: The last time I went there I couldn't even purchase the soil I wanted because they couldn't find a price and couldn't find anyone who knew anything. I finally just said forget it. I had 10 Easter items, all on sale. Only 3 things rang up the correct price. I left the rest. I told the asst. mngr who was ringing me up it was very irritating to have this happen every time I come in and that I try to give them my bus. instead of Walmart. His response, "I understand." That's it. No apology or offer to fix it..
