I bought a 2008 Tracker Tundra from Route 8 Marine in the spring of 2009. First off, this was not your typical arm turning, in your face sales experience like you'd get at a car dealership. The salesperson, Ed, got to know me quite well through manyemails and phone calls. He asked a ton of questions which turned out to be very important. He learned everything about my recreational style which not only landed me the right boat, but the right motor, all at the right price. He didn't hound me, in fact, I probably drove the guy bonkers by asking nearly every conceivable thing I could think of. Ed was always swift to reply, thorough, and professional through-out. This winter I brought the boat back for routine maintenance and also to request a number of modifications. Ed and his staff took their time, did the job right, and I did not get put through the shredder on labor charges. Among the additions were six sets of amber LED lights running from bow to stern. This required a ton of new wiring. But the installation was flawless, I cannot find a single exposed wire, it looks better than factory installed. I am beyond pleased, I am impressed. I had a Mariner outboard that was 20+ years old with a bad piston and thermostat.. I wanted to repair the motor because it was like new only used once or twice each year. A piece of the water pump broke off and caused all the problems. I was told by every dealer within 150 miles of Pittsburgh that the parts were discontinued and no longer available. Even the after market people couldn't help me. I had a 8hp anchor. I managed to find one piston on the internet at a Mercury dealer 1,000 miles away. He wanted to rip me off for $155.00 for the piston but he couldn't get the other parts I needed. Someone told me to try Kleber Bros. When I called Beverly answered the phone. She told me the same thing ""I sorry but you have a 8hp anchor"". A few minutes later she called me back and said that she talked to the service man and found that this Mariner motor was manufactured by Yahama and she may be able to get the parts from them. To make a longer story short Beverly got all of my parts for me from all across the country and she did not rip me off on the price... Because of Beverly, Kleber Brothers are NUMBER 1 in my book. I tell everybody about her and she has always come through. By the way she was so honest that she told me that the piston was $65.00 and when it came in she said good news It's only $56.00.
