Klaus Towing

I think it goes without saying that the comments posted about Klause Towing are very negative except for the ONE person who wanted his car towed. more

I had finished a 12 and a half hour shift at my job new years eve. I got home to my apparntment complex and all the spots were full except a few that were reserved, but it was already midnight and they are usually open. I woke up to the sound of a tow truck and saw my truck being pulled around the corner. I chased after the guy, and then ran back to call the police after he drove off. I found out they they didn't call the police before they towed it like they are supposed to, and when I called the guy who towed it he lied and said he called before he left and that he stopped and put my truck on the flatbed which he sure didn't do there. I asked if I could get it back then, but he refused. He could answer a phone there and set up an appointment for me to pick it up like an hour later for an extra $70. I explained that I'm a poor college kid that works 2 jobs and goes to college full time and I had work in half an hour and needed that car. He said that sucks and was very rude. That is my lifeline since one of my jobs is a delivery boy for dominoes. Now I have to have my roommate take 14 miles to pick up my car and it's going to cost me $244.90 This is just plain unfair and stupid. more

They took my car from my town-home stating that it was illegally parked. My tags were good, I have insurance, and I drive the car about once a week. They told me it was towed because they never see it move. I am a stay at home father and take night classes. I am usually home during the day watching my child and studying. We can not afford to run the roads so they can see my car move. They want $500 to get my car back even though they towed it illegally. We are a single income family on a tight budget so I can go to school, When I called to try to explain they had not taken my car legally they were very rude and ended up hanging up on me. more

I agree %100, Klaus towing are very rude! I was with my mother, who rents an apartment on Jamboree drive in Colorado springs, Co. I was giving her a ride home from the doctors, We parked in ""her"" assigned parking space, went upstairs to take a piss and get the parking permit that you have to have visible on your rear view window, (took me 5 minuts) came back down to go home and my car was gone, I called Klaus towing and asked them to bring my car back because it was ILLEGALLY towed and they said ""NO CAN DO"" they billed my mother $256.47. They are a rip off, It doesnt cost $256.47 to ILLEGALLY tow a car!!! I am not surprised that they get yelled at, cursed at, physically threatened or assaulted on a daily basis, I am not threatening to sue Klaus towing, I am promising that I will press charges on them, they do not need to be doing this to people, this is WRONG!! If you have ever been towed by Klaus, please post your complaints. Don't let these people keep doing this BS!!! more

I called Klaus' Towing and had a driver at my site in less than 20 minutes. I was very pleased when I got my bill! It was very reasonable! The driver was polite and very helpful! I will definitely use Klaus' Towing in the future! more
