Over the course of the project, we've spoken to quite a few people, and without exception they have been friendly, helpful, and professional. \r David passeau was our designer . He did an outstanding job helping us get the right design. He was patient. He had good ideas, but never pushed them on us. In the end, we had a kitchen design that was ours and yet was better than we could have done on our own. We don't know what more one could ask of a designer. James Young was our installer. We didn't know James before, but we specifically requested him based on a recommendation from a friend. Our friend was right. Jame's meticulous craftsmanship exceeded even our expectations, and we're pretty picky.He was everything you would want in a person working in your home. He came on time, had a detailed schedule and followed it, kept us well informed, took our input graciously, made good suggestions of his own, and was just generally a delightful person to work with. Beautiful Kitchen! Love it! 12/3/2010

We did a kitchen and bathroom remodel. I cannot say enough about the good service we received. From the time we first went in the showroom to the day our job was completed, we found all of our "team" working hard and even finishing a week early - on time and on budget with great service from Mr. Passeau and Mr. Johnson. Delightful experience. more

Smoothest Project Ever! 11/16/2010

We have had numerous projects done on the house (inside and out) over the 37 years (this Christmas) that we have lived here and without a doubt, this was the smoothest project ever! Warren is a perfectionist and coupled with that wonderful ?can do? attitude, it makes for an unbeatable process. We have never had anyone accommodate our work schedule by showing up early, before we left for work, to ensure that any questions were answered and issues resolved. more

Impressive 9/23/2010

While we were planning our project, we heard countless horror stories from friends and colleagues about projects that went way beyond schedule or the allocated budget. We also heard many, "we'll believe it when we see it" comments when we explained the KP promise- "ontime, on budget." We are happy to report that, as promised, KP stayed right on budget and finished our project a week before promised-impressive to say the least. more

Why Kitchen Plus Won't Guarantee On Time Projects 1/18/2009

We hired Kitchen Plus to remodel three bathrooms at one time. The start date was this past Sept. 2nd and the completion date was to be Sept. 27th. The actual finish date was Dec. 17th, due to an array of mistakes. A promise by the designer to keep one shower working at all times was quickly rejected by the poject manager forcing us to buy a membership in the local health club so we could shower duing the job. Plumbing mistakes started the second day of the project with flooding of our backyard and continued almost on a daily basis after that. The installation of the wrong bathtubs and toilets forced the completed tiled walls to be redone. Fabrication of the bathroom counter by Fineline Pacific was done so badly it had to be ripped out and replaced. The project manager from Kitchen Plus would automatically blame someone else for their mistakes. The entire experience was almost comical and frustrating. A Good Place to Start Your Kitchen Remodel 7/27/2005

We visited their showroom when we were thinking or remodeling our kitchen, and came away with a good impression of the company. Their showroom was beautiful, with lots of different examples of how to remodel your kitchen. The staff was very friendly, and answered all of our questions. They came to our house to give a free estimate. more
