Kitchen Cabinet Outlet

The KCO both in Waterbury and Southington seem to have a disconnect. We had to follow up with SEVERAL phone calls to get a delivery date...because they couldn't figure out the date we ended up having to reschedule our carpenter guy and granit installers 3 times. The day we were suppose to pick up the cabinets was a JOKE. We went to the Waterbury store and from there we had to follow a guy in a van to their old location still in Waterbury. He took my husband to a dark warehouse where he used the light from his iphone to read the invoice against the labels on the boxes. He had the wrong cabinets and said he had to go look for them...in the dark. My husband told him to figure it out and to deliver the cabinets to our house themselves. He wasted 1 1/2 hours just picking up the cabinets which didn't happen. This place is truly disorganized and not helpful at all. I am expecting that there will probably be something wrong with our cabinets when they do finally arrive. We ordered these 5 weeks ago along with the handles which are not even in yet. JOKE! more
